We delivered 3t/h organic fertilizer granulation production line to customer!

We provide full set line for customer. In this project, we equiped disc granulator/ Pan Granulator.

The disc granulator is an organic fertilizer granulating equipment in the entire organic fertilizer production line. It plays the role of granulation in the organic fertilizer production line.  

This machine has the characteristics of uniform granulation, high granulation rate, smooth operation, sturdy and durable equipment, and long service life. It is the ideal equipment chosen by the majority of users.

The main motor drives the pulley and belt of the disc granulator, and the small gear is driven by the reducer. The small gear meshes with the large gear fixed at the bottom of the disc and works in opposite directions. The large gear is specially designed and installed on the main shaft fixed on the frame adjustment plate to support the work of the entire granulation plate (this machine is used in conjunction with the sprayer). After the materials enter the granulating plate, the continuous rotation of the granulating plate and the spray device make the materials evenly stick together to form spherical particles. An automatic material cleaning device is designed in the middle and upper part of the granulation plate of this machine to prevent materials from sticking to the wall, thereby greatly extending the service life of the machine.

The disc angle of the disc granulator adopts an overall arc structure, and the granulation rate can reach more than 93%. The granulating plate is equipped with three discharge ports, which facilitates intermittent production operations, greatly reduces labor intensity and improves labor efficiency. The reducer and motor are driven by flexible belts, which ensures smooth starting, slows down impact force, and improves the service life of the equipment. The bottom of the granulating plate is reinforced with multiple radiated steel plates, which is strong, durable and non-deformable. Thickened, weighted and solid base design does not require anchor bolts for stable operation. The main gear of the granulator adopts high-frequency quenching, which doubles the service life.
