The twin-shaft mixer is a new generation of mixing equipment developed by our company. The machine has high mixing efficiency and low residue. It is suitable for mixing more than two fertilizers, additive premixes, and compound feeds, concentrated feeds, additive premixes, etc. Whether it is organic or inorganic raw materials, dry or wet materials, this mixer can be used.

1. The twin-shaft mixer is mainly composed of a casing, a spiral shaft assembly, a drive device, piping, a cover plate, a chain cover and other components
2. The twin-shaft mixer uses the synchronous rotation of two symmetrical spiral shafts to add water and stir while conveying dry ash and other powdered materials, and evenly humidifies the dry ash powdered materials, so that the humidified materials do not emit dry ash or leak water droplets, thereby facilitating the loading and transportation of humidified ash or transferring it to other conveying equipment.
3. The shell is mainly composed of plates and steel sections, which are welded and formed in the manufacturing plant and assembled with other components. It is the support of the twin-shaft mixer. The shell is tightly sealed, and there will be no flying ash or ash leakage.
4. The spiral shaft assembly is the main component of the twin-shaft mixer, and its components mainly include left and right rotating spiral shafts, bearing seats, bearing sleeves, bearing covers, gears, sprockets, oil cups, blades and other parts.
5. The left and right spiral shafts have high manufacturing precision requirements and good process performance, and have strict matching requirements with the bearing seat, bearing sleeve and bearing cover. The gear module is 8, the number of teeth is 60, and the tooth angle is 20°; the sprocket pitch is 50.8, the number of teeth is 25, and the tooth shape is GB1224-85. The gears and sprockets are protected by protective covers and can operate safely and effectively. The oil cup is a press-fit pressure-filled oil cup, which is convenient and effective to fill with lubricating oil. The material of the double-shaft mixer blade is a composite ceramic that is wear-resistant and not easy to stick to ash. The blade structure is reasonably and simply designed, easy to replace after wear, and has a long service life.
6. The water-adding and humidifying piping is mainly composed of a pipe, a joint and a nozzle. The nozzle adopts a stainless steel atomizing cone nozzle, which is arranged above the inside of the mixer casing and arranged axially along the spiral shaft direction to form a water curtain to facilitate the humidification and stirring of the material. The nozzle has a simple structure and is easy to replace. It is made of stainless steel and is corrosion-resistant and durable. The moisture content of the wet ash can be adjusted by operating the manual regulating valve on the water supply pipeline.
7. The cover plate mainly includes the left cover plate, the middle cover plate, the right cover plate, the hole cover and the inspection hole cover, etc. There are six inspection holes on both sides of the twin-shaft mixer to facilitate the operator's routine inspection and maintenance.
