PRODUCT ADVANTAGES:

1、Energy saving: roller compacting process is at room temperature. Compared with other methods, it does not require drying measures such as fuel oil and gas.

2、 No need binders. The granules is made by two rollers strong extrusion force when working, no need any binder and water, which simplifies the drying process and reduces energy consumption.

3、 Low investment: Due to the omission of the drying process and the low return ratio (accounting for about 5-10% of the total feed volume of the extruder), the process is simple and the investment is low.

4、Wide range of raw materials: There are more than 20 kinds of materials that have been successfully used for extrusion,especially suitable for the production of ammonium sulfate, ammonium chloride, potassium chloride, potassium sulfate, salt, blended fertilizers, binary and ternary compound fertilizers (nutrient content 25%~53%) and other granular fertilizers

THE ADVANTAGES OF STAINLESS STEEL MATERIAL:

1. Anti-corrosion: the machine full body is made of 304 stainless steel to avoid chemical material corrode the body, which will largely prolong the machine service life.
2.Hardened gear reducer: the gearbox is hardened gear reducer, gears are carburized and quenched, gear surfaces are CNC machined and polished, running more smoothly, stable and without noise


3. Roller spar parts: comparing with the common CrMoTi20 alloy steel roller, the special processed stainless steel rollers will have better corrosion resistance and long service life characteristics.

Working Principle:

The stainless steel double roller granulator is mainly divided into four parts: feeding, forming granulation, crushing and screening. The raw materials are continuously fed into the feeding part from the hopper port for breaking up, so that the materials are evenly fed into the middle of the rollers. The gap between the two rollers can be adjusted appropriately. At the same time, in order to ensure that the cavities on the two rollers can be completely aligned, one of the rollers can be adjusted appropriately left and right. The granulation forming part is mainly composed of a motor, a belt transmission device, a special reducer for hard tooth surface, a coupling, a transmission wheel, a bearing seat, a bearing, a roller, a gear, etc.
The crushing part is mainly to disperse a part of the flake material in the forming material. It is mainly composed of a motor, a transmission device, a gear, a bearing seat, a bearing, a breaking tooth, etc.
The roller of this equipment is alloy steel, the breaking tooth is made of stainless steel, the main machine bottom plate and the bearing seat are made of HT200 castings for corrosion resistance and stability, the hopper and the discharge are made of stainless steel, and the other materials are Q235.
The surface hardness of the roller after surface heat treatment reaches HRC60-65, but due to the large extrusion of granulation molding, it will wear out after a certain period of time and can no longer granulate. Therefore, the roller in this equipment is a wearing part and needs to be replaced after a certain production cycle.
