Rotary drum granulator is a molding machine to make materials into round balls. Drum granulator is one of the key equipment in the compound fertilizer industry, suitable for cold and hot granulation and large-scale production of high, medium and low concentration compound fertilizers

 

The barrel of the machine is lined with a special rubber plate, which realizes automatic scar removal and tumor removal. The machine has the characteristics of high ball forming strength, good appearance quality, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, low energy consumption, long service life, convenient operation and maintenance, etc.

Working Principle:

By passing steam into the drum granulator, or adding phosphoric acid solution, etc., the material completes the chemical reaction and heat supply compound fertilizer granulation process in the cylinder, and the material to be granulated passes through the rotary motion of the cylinder, agglomerated into balls at a certain humidity and temperature to complete the ball making process.

Features of Drum Granulator:

1.The ball forming rate is about 85%: small amount of smaller granules can be re-granulated;

2. Steam heating to increase the temperature of the material, to make sure the ball with lower water content,then the drying efficiency is improved;

3. anti-corrosion and heat preservation: inside rubber lining board to avoid the material stick the drum, and also to avoid the corrosion and reduce the heat loss.
