Working principle：

The production principle of liquid fertilizers is mainly based on processes such as dissolution, chelation, chemical reactions, and physical mixing, which convert the nutrients required by plants into easily absorbable liquid forms.

1.duplex strainer-Raw material purification

• Filter insoluble substances (such as sediment and undissolved particles) in the raw material liquid
• Remove sediment generated during the production process

2.Stainless steel reactor tank-Mixing, dissolution, chemical reaction, chelation, and stabilization treatment of raw materials

• 1. Raw material mixing and dissolution:

          Dissolve solid fertilizers (such as urea, phosphate, potassium salts, etc.) in water to form a homogeneous solution.

          Realize thorough mixing of various liquid raw materials (such as acid, alkali, trace element solutions).

• 2. Chemical reaction control

          Acid base neutralization: such as the reaction between phosphoric acid and potassium hydroxide to produce potassium                dihydrogen phosphate.

          Chelation reaction: Trace elements (iron, zinc, etc.) combine with chelating agents (EDTA, citric acid, etc.) to prevent                      precipitation.

          Oxidation/Reduction Reaction: Adjusting nutrient valence states (such as converting ferrous ions to iron ions).

• 3. Temperature and pH adjustment

         Optimize reaction conditions through heating/cooling functions (jacket or coil).

         Adjust the pH value (usually 5.5~7.0) to ensure nutrient stability and equipment corrosion resistance.

• 4. Preparation of Suspension System

         Add a suspension agent (such as bentonite) and stir to evenly disperse insoluble particles (suspension fertilizer).

• 5 Sterilization and stabilization

        High temperature treatment of organic liquid fertilizer to kill harmful microorganisms.

        Add preservatives or stabilizers to extend shelf life.
