The disc granulator is a rotating disc mounted on a fixed base. WORKING PRINCIPLE:
The disc is installed at a certain tilt angle. The material rolls rapidly in the rotating disc as the disc rotates. When it rises to the highest point, it falls vertically under the obstruction of the scraper. During the rotation of the disk, the particles squeeze and roll with the disk wall under the action of centrifugal force. Due to these comprehensive mechanical extrusions, rolling, and collisions, the powdery materials gather together to form a "cue ball" with the help of the surface tension of the liquid phase. As the "cue ball" increases, it slowly spherifies into complete particles, ranging from small to large. Large, the strength gradually increases and the granulation process is completed until the finished product granularity overflows from the edge of the disc.
